At uttambalo.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we sell both physical products and digital/downloadable files, our refund and return policy differs depending on the product type.

1. Physical Products Return Policy

We accept returns for eligible physical products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • The product must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or discounted items

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • defective product,
  • or wrong product,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue

We will arrange:

  • replacement,
  • exchange,
  • or refund after verification.

3. Digital Products / Downloadable Files

Because digital products and downloadable files are delivered instantly, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • eBooks
  • Templates
  • Design files
  • Courses
  • Downloadable resources
  • Software/files

Exceptions

A refund may be considered only if:

  • the file is corrupted,
  • the product cannot be downloaded,
  • or you received the wrong file.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing time may vary.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • defective,
  • damaged,
  • or incorrect.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers may need to pay return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

Digital orders cannot be canceled after delivery/download.
